A Building Survey is a comprehensive assessment of the property, based on a detailed inspection. It is particularly suitable for older, larger properties or those of unusual design or construction. It might also be recommended where the property is in obviously bad condition, or has been neglected over many years. We carry out this type of survey on both residential and commercial properties.

The report can be tailored to the individual property, and to your specific requirements. It will provide more detail than an equivalent Homebuyers Report. It will not only identify defects, but will discuss probable causes, and the required steps to put things right.

Included in the report will be sections refering to all the main parts of the house, such as roof, gutters, windows, walls, floors, and the various services. There will also be advice on continuing maintenance obligations. Where helpfull, photographs will be included.
