Our practice was established in 1991, by the existing partnership. We have more than 50 years of combined experience in dealing with westcountry property.

We are aware that cost is a major factor when it comes to choosing a survey. As a small but well established practice, overheads are kept to a minimum, and this translates into a fee structure which is often lower than our competitors.
